When you make reservations, the following policies apply:

Guests are asked to arrive between 3 - 6 p.m. and check out by 11
a.m. Special arrangements can be made for late arrival with advanced
notice.

A deposit in the amount of one night's room rate is required.
Credit cards and personal checks are accepted for deposit.
Additional deposit is required for stays of 4 or more days. We honor
all major credit cards, checks and cash for payment.

Deposits are fully refunded if cancellation is received 7 days in
advance of arrival date. Cancellations received in less than 7 days
prior to arrival date result in forfeiture of deposit.

Standard rates: $125 - $175 double occupancy, per room night, plus
tax. Inquire about corporate rates, meetings and special occasions.
Extra person charge or use of rollaway is $25.00 per person per
night.

For the safety and health of our guests, smoking is not permitted
indoors. Sorry, no pets, but local facilities are available.
Well-behaved children with adult supervision are welcome. Fountain
Hall is handicap accessible on the first floor. For our business
clients, the rooms include desk space, telephone and data line.
Culpeper is convenient to Dulles, Charlottesville, and Culpeper
airports, and has daily Amtrak stops. Rental cars are locally
available.
