and head to Culpeper's
beautiful parks. You can
easily reach Yowell Meadow Park, located in town, by
taking an easy stroll from the B&B along
quiet streets lined with historic homes. Or you can
drive a few miles out of town to Mountain Run Lake Park,
where you can enjoy the serene lake and great views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

After only a short drive from Fountain Hall,
discover Shenandoah National
Park where one can hike the many
trails leaving from Skyline Drive. For the more adventurous hikers, the
climb to the top of Old Rag Mountain is a rewarding effort. Fountain Hall has several
documented hiking and biking routes through nearby towns, scenic byways and country
roads.

Culpeper is surrounded by streams, rivers and
lakes, which makes it an ideal location for aquatic lovers. Canoeing, tubing and
fishing are great activities to explore our scenic waterways. The
Rappahannock
River Campground rents all the necessary equipment.

several golf courses in some of nature's finest settings.
They are only a short drive from Fountain Hall, and offer
a unique and challenging experience for all levels of play.
